Managed Clinical Network for Heart Disease and Stroke quarterly report, Autumn 2009
Plays a leading role in the fight against heart disease by funding research, providing support and information to patients with heart problems, educating the public and promoting training in emergency life support skills.
A charity set up by younger stroke survivors for others similarly affected. Aims to promote active self help and mutual support.
For stroke survivors, their carers and families and interested members of the public.
